Aesthetics Universe Med Spa uses an automated missed-call notification service. If you call our office at 949-741-9081 and your call goes unanswered, you may receive one automated SMS reply acknowledging your missed call and inviting you to call back or reply. This is a courtesy notification — not marketing.

Consent

By calling Aesthetics Universe Med Spa, you provide prior express consent to receive one automated SMS response if your call is not answered. SMS consent is not required to receive care or services.

Recorded Greeting

When your call to Aesthetics Universe Med Spa goes unanswered, you hear a brief recorded message letting you know a text is on the way before any SMS is sent:

“Hi, you have reached Aesthetics Universe Med Spa. We are unable to take your call right now. We will send you a text message shortly. Please leave your message after the beep.”
